Give Kickboxing a go!

Sports Hall, Indoor Sports Centre, 29 Sep 2019, 6:00PM

In this introduction to the sport be ready for a fun and friendly combination of fitness and technique work. The session will begin with a short warm up, before progressing to some fitness drills, followed by a showcase of some simple techniques and finally some pad work in which you’ll practice the techniques you’ve been shown.

You’ll be sure to get hot and sweaty during the session, so bring along some water and wear suitable gym attire i.e. clothing your happy to sweat in but which is not too constricting so as to prevent you from kicking.
