Whether you’re sleepy, hungover, or just simply need some time out, everyone needs a solid chance to have a sit down and rest. This is the perfect chance to take a Welcome Week break and be calm to rejuvenate your spirits after a hectic few days of clubbing, information dumps, and new faces. It’s no secret it’s busy, and can feel very go, go, go! But, it’s important to keep yourself cared for, and take some time to have a break. Grab some snacks, or get a massage from our very own Massage Society, and have a chat with other students and staff around to support your wellbeing.
